Returns and Refunds

You can return an item within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval. Just make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it (unused with an unopened package). Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to 3–5 business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed, amount should reflect back in your bank account / card statement within 10 - 14 days. The refund will be processed depending on the purchase method you choose. A refund can also be made in the form of a gift voucher which you can redeem within six months, or the amount can be reimbursed on the same card used in the purchase. If the packaging is opened or installed then the product will be accepted back with a restocking fee, subject to approval.

How to return a product:

• Items collected from our store: Return the unused products, packed and sealed in the original box.
• Items delivered through our delivery team: Get in touch with us and we will schedule an inspection for its return.

Important Note:

•        You can receive refunds in a form of Cash within 48 hours of making the purchase.

•        Credit notes or gift vouchers can be used within 6 months from the date issued.
